The Service

With a single pricing structure, we offer a simplistic yet extensive industry leading service.

Upon arrival to our facilities you will be met by one of our service representatives and brought into our members lounge.

The Check-in

Whether dropping off in person or utilising a transport service, once your vehicle arrives our trained detailers will perform an exterior wash in our custom built wash bay as standard. The vehicle will be dried then allowed to cure. Set photographs are taken and the check-in procedure starts.

The battery will remain installed within your vehicle, where it will be permanently connected to one of our premium CTEK smart trickle chargers. It is then ready to roll when you are. Custom soft stretch covers are issued to each vehicle.

The Procedure

Every vehicle goes through our pre storage procedure involving the following:

• External wash, dry and vacuum, then left for 24hrs before soft stretch cover applied.

• Vehicle is photographed and inspected with a digital file created. Complete in depth paint work inspection.

• Any personal items left in the vehicle are logged and stored neatly within the vehicle.

• Plastic protection is added to the driver’s seat, steering wheel and carpets.

• CTEK battery conditioner attached with an initial battery report added to file.

• P>O>W>D>E>R Checks commence.

The Check-out

If you would like to use the vehicle during the storage period we ask for 48 hours notice but will accommodate where possible with potential access 24/7 as used by our motorsport clients.

The Security - “CarArmour”

With an extensive background in Security Risk Management our foundations for services are based around the protection of your assets.

CarAmour offers high security, discreet indoor locations and dehumidified and controlled environments (45-55% RH). Our storage facilities also boast category 4 alarm systems compliant to NACOSS Gold Certification and PD6662:2017.

With the latest remote surveillance technology, we have comprehensive continuous CCTV coverage of our properties. Our signalling and monitoring systems are state of the art with hard structural defences in place out of hours. Our intensive camera and ANPR system is linked to Thames Valley Police offering full peace of mind.

Our minimum term for storage is 4 weeks with the majority of clients choosing annual or seasonal bookings.
